Conference center at Hotel Kangerlussuaq
Hotel Kangerlussuaq features a large modern conference center with the following facilities:
· 1 large plenary hall with room for up to 100 participants
· 2 smaller plenary halls (one of which can be divided in two with partitions)
· 3 group meeting rooms
· 1 large coffee lounge and a coordinator apartment (Suite 1001)

Convention hall
It is also possible to host large conventions. We have a convention center with room for 272 participants on the "base" side, roughly 2 km (1.25 miles) from the main hotel.

Equipment
All our meeting rooms feature whiteboards, flip charts and overhead projectors. TV/video, podiums with loud speakers, and slide projectors can be arranged at no extra cost, and LCD projectors and video cameras are available for rent.
